Venture Upward provides curriculum and other resources to students at no out-of-pocket cost to you. The reward is designed to provide funding for families to purchase curriculum, technology, and additional learning materials meant to enrich your student’s educational experience.
Every student that enrolls in Venture Upward in Minnesota will receive a $1000 Venture Reward for the year. During the first semester, you used some of this reward to order materials. Your Teacher has emailed you the amount of funds you have remaining for your second semester order. You will use this Resource Order Form to place your second semester order.

Some things to understand about the Venture Reward:

• Venture Reward breakdown: All students receive a $1,000 Venture Reward for the year.
• Half of the Venture Reward allotment is available to use at the beginning of each semester.
• Any of your 1st semester allotment that wasn’t spent has rolled over to your 2nd semester allotment.
• Be aware that variations in the cost of items, shipping, sales tax, supplier price changes, lack of availability, etc., may change the amount of Venture Reward funds you use or have remaining.
• Orders that exceed the available funding will not be processed until a Venture Upward mentor reviews it and resolves the excess with you.
• Please be sure to mark all Amazon wishlists as “public” and not just “shared.”
• Please be sure to account for tax and shipping costs.

Instructions

Ordering windows:
Semester 2: January 3rd, 2022 through March 1st, 2022

You will use this Resource Order Form to purchase items to support your child’s home education using your Venture Reward funds. You have a few options when placing orders.

If you have one student enrolled you can choose:

• to place 1 order to use the remaining funds.
• to place  2 separate orders – one now, and one at any point up until March 1, 2022.

If you have more than one student enrolled you can choose:

• to place 1 order, combining the remaining Venture Reward funds from all your students.
• to place more than one order, up to the number of students you have enrolled. For example, someone with 4 students enrolled may place up to 4 orders. These separate orders can be placed at any time until the ordering window closes on March 1, 2022.

If you are planning to do more than one order, please select the student’s name in the drop down menu on this form. Make note of which student you ordered for. When you place your next order, simply select a different student from that menu to place the order. 

If you are utilizing one order as a family (using all the funds from multiple students enrolled), select any student from the drop down menu.

Your order amount will begin at $0. As you proceed through the Resources Order Form, your order total will update with each item added, so you can easily track your spending. Be sure to check with your mentor if you do not know the total amount of your remaining Venture Reward.
